1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope

By accessing and using the website https://atmwigs.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all other operational policies (including Shipping, Return & Refund, and Payment Policies). These Terms specifically govern B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions between ATM Wigs and the inquiring party (hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “Customer”).

2. Products and Quotation Process

ATM Wigs offers wholesale wig products and accessories (“Products”) to business partners.

Pricing: Product prices are not displayed publicly on the Website. All pricing discussions are conducted through the formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) process outlined below.
Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure the most accurate description of Products. However, minor variations in color or style may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or screen settings.

3. Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Order Placement

Request for Quotation (RFQ): The Client uses the Website or contact methods to submit a request detailing the desired volume and type of Products. Submitting an RFQ does not obligate the Client to purchase.
ATM Wigs’s Quotation: Based on the RFQ, ATM Wigs will issue a formal, written quotation detailing the Product specifications, quantity, unit price, total value, estimated shipping costs, and projected delivery timeline. This quotation is valid for the period specified therein.
Purchase Order (PO): The Client must submit a formal Purchase Order (PO) (or equivalent confirmation) based on our quotation to confirm the purchase. This PO constitutes the Client’s binding offer to purchase.
Order Acceptance: The sales contract is formed, and the order is officially accepted only when ATM Wigs issues a written acceptance of the PO (via email or other agreed-upon method).

4. Payment Terms (B2B Focus)

Payment Methods: All payments must be made through PayPal or other B2B payment methods agreed upon in the quotation (e.g., Bank Transfer/Wire).
Payment Terms: Specific payment terms (e.g., 100% upfront, 50% deposit) will be clearly stipulated in the final quotation and order confirmation.
Third-Party Processors (PayPal): If PayPal is used, your transaction is governed by PayPal’s own policies. ATM Wigs does not handle or store sensitive financial data.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds (B2B Application)

The policies below are integral to these Terms. The Client agrees to these specific B2B terms:

Shipping Policy: Details concerning shipping responsibilities, costs, and delivery times are outlined in our B2B Shipping Policy or in the specific order agreement.
Return & Refund Policy: These terms are strictly applied to B2B transactions and may differ from standard retail policies (typically covering only manufacturing defects or damage during transit). Please refer to our B2B Return & Refund Policy.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all Products shall transfer to the Client according to the agreed-upon Incoterm® specified in the PO (e.g., FOB, EXW, DDP).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including designs, logos, sample Product images, and text, is the property of ATM Wigs. The Client is not permitted to use any of our intellectual property without a prior written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided on an “as is” basis. ATM Wigs does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of preliminary Product information on the Website, as final specifications are defined in the official quotation.
ATM Wigs’s maximum liability for any claim shall be limited to the value agreed upon in the specific B2B contract/order.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
