Payment Policy

Effective Date: 01/10/2025

We offer secure and convenient payment methods, along with flexible terms, to meet the needs of our business partners.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment for wholesale transactions:

  • International Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Payments can be made via international bank transfer. The required bank account information will be provided directly on your Proforma Invoice or final Order Confirmation.
  • PayPal: We accept standard payments via PayPal. This is a secure platform, and all transactions are subject to PayPal’s terms and Buyer/Seller Protection Policies.
  • PayPal Later (Pay in Installments): Where available and applicable to the transaction amount, we may accept PayPal Later options. Please note that:
    • Availability: Eligibility for PayPal Later is determined solely by PayPal, based on their specific terms and conditions.
    • Agreement: Any installment plan, interest rates, or credit approval are managed exclusively between PayPal and the Client. ATM Wigs is not involved in the credit or financing arrangement.

2. Payment Terms for B2B Partners

All payment terms are agreed upon during the formal quotation process and documented in the official Purchase Order (PO) confirmation.

  • First Orders (New Clients): For your initial purchase, we typically require full payment (100% deposit) before the order processing and shipment begins. This is to establish a working relationship.
  • Established Partners / Large-Value Orders: For long-term partners or high-value orders, we may offer flexible payment terms. These may include:
    • Partial Deposits: A deposit (e.g., 30% or 50%) required upfront, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
    • Post-Delivery Payment Terms (Net Terms): For highly established partners, negotiated terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 may be considered.

3. Payment Processing and Confirmation

  • Payment Currency: All transactions must be completed in the currency specified on the invoice (USD).
  • Proof of Payment: For International Bank Transfers, the Client is required to provide clear proof of payment (SWIFT confirmation) to facilitate the prompt processing of the order.
