We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for all ATM Wigs wholesale customers. Please refer to the information below to understand our delivery process.

1. Shipping Methods and Estimated Time

We offer three primary shipping methods with varying times and costs to meet your needs. Shipping time is an estimated average and may vary depending on flight availability from our logistics partners.

  • STANDARD:
    • Time: 5-7 business days (excluding customs clearance time).
    • Pricing: Mid-range.
  • EXPRESS:
    • Time: 2-4 business days (excluding customs clearance time).
    • Pricing: Premium.
  • DOUBLE-CLEARANCE:
    • Time: 15-20 business days.
    • Pricing: Budget-friendly.

2. Customs and Duties

The policy on customs duties and taxes varies depending on the shipping method you choose.

  • For DOUBLE-CLEARANCE: ATM Wigs will cover all customs fees and taxes for the customer.
  • For STANDARD & EXPRESS:
    • Import taxes and customs procedures may apply in the destination country.
    • Export Declaration with any value: +$25.
    • Fumigation Certificate: +$45 (optional).

3. Other Surcharges

Additional fees may apply depending on shipping conditions:

  • Remote Area Fee:
    • DOUBLE-CLEARANCE: +$33.
    • STANDARD & EXPRESS: +$25.
  • Redelivery Fee: +$44 (applies to DOUBLE-CLEARANCE).
  • War Risk Surcharge: +$45 (applies to STANDARD & EXPRESS).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can easily monitor the shipping status.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery and Returns

In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer is not available to receive the package, the order may be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees incurred.
